CAPS TRAINING 2012

Dear Principal

This is an official notice to inform you that the CAPS Training for Gr. 4 – 6 & Gr. 11 will take place during the 2012 June/July holiday. The final training schedule will be forwarded to schools as soon as the training of the different District Training Teams (DTT) has been completed. We will only receive the final arrangements, for the training that must take place in the districts, during these training sessions at Head Office.

We did inform schools towards the end of 2011 as well about the training when we requested teacher data to assist with the planning for the training. Training is mandatory for all teachers.

Please inform all staff and take note that the training provided by the Department will be the only training that will be recognised officially.
